Loudoun Hunt Pony Club Loudoun Hunt Pony Club founded in 1958 is one of the oldest in the country and has an active membership of over 30 young horse enthusiasts. Based in Leesburg Virginia Loudoun Hunt Pony Club is a member of the Virginia Region Pony Clubs and the United States Pony Clubs USPC Inc. USPC isan educational organization for youth that teaches riding mounted sports and the care of horses and ponies thereby developing responsibility sportsmanship moral judgment leadership and selfconfidence. Loudoun Hunt Pony Clubs educational opportunities are provided entirely from funds raised at our USEA Recognized Spring Summer Horse Trials.
