FIRST Oregon: Oregon Robotics Tournament & Outreach Program Oregon Program Delivery Organization for FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Tech Challenge and partner with FIRST Washington on FIRST Robotics Competition. Mission: To welcome, engage, educate, and inspire Oregon’s youth and their diverse communities through robotics programs. Vision: Every Oregon student belongs and contributes to a community that celebrates STEM thinkers and makers.
