The Brunner Literacy Center empowers adults to lead better lives through #literacy. 📚🍞 The Brunner Literacy Center (BLC) is a welcoming place for adults to reach their educational dreams. The BLC provides personal tutors, instructional materials and a safe space to learn to low-literate adults who want to increase their basic skills in reading, writing, math and conversational English. Students work towards goals such as passing the GED exam, entering a college or trade school or becoming a U.S. Citizen. Through a dedicated group of competent and caring volunteer tutors, Dayton adults get a second chance at literacy and success.
