This Old Horse is a 501c3 nonprofit sanctuary for retired, rescued and recovering horses. This Old Horse, Inc. is a private, nonprofit, volunteer-based multi-accredited organization whose mission is to provide dignified, lifelong support and sanctuary for horses in transition including rescued, retired and special needs horses. This Old Horse, Inc. provides sanctuary for retired, rescued and special needs horses through our sanctuary and foster network so that unwanted horses can become ambassadors, bringing horsepower into the lives of the community. This Old Horse, Inc is accredited by the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries (GFAS).
