Thank you to all the community leaders and partners in Lubbock who joined us for the Poverty Paradigm Simulation, presented in partnership with ESSDACK. Through role-play and scenario-based learning, participants experienced the difficult choices and systemic challenges that many families in poverty must navigate each day. Events like these are vital in deepening our collective understanding and informing more empathetic, effective service strategies. Join us in prayer this month for Myles. 🙏 Myles, 12, is a kind and cheerful young man who lights up any room he enters. He approaches everything with joy and excitement. Playing video games is one of his favorite activities, but he also loves playing sports and having fun outdoors. Imaginative and creative, Myles likes to create his own stories about anime cartoon characters. He’s always coming up with new adventures for his favorite characters. Myles is focused and dedicated to his studies in school, and he does a good job balancing his academic responsibilities with his hobbies and interests. Myles also loves food; his favorites are pizza and noodles. With his bright personality, playful imagination, and positive outlook, Myles has a promising future. He just needs a forever family to welcome and love him as their own. Please pray that Myles finds the family he needs to thrive, grow, and enjoy the life he deserves. (fb)
