The mission of Home Ownership Resource Center is to provide ownership opportunities, homebuyer education, budget and credit counseling and foreclosure prevention combined with an overarching mission to increase economic opportunity and promote community development investments in those markets of Southwest Florida that are underserved and located in distressed communities.
