Summit Community Gardens and EATS
Our mission is to gather, learn, and grow in our gardens and schools. In April 2023, Summit Community Gardens and EATS merged; our mission statement reflects our shared values and aligned goals. We envision an inclusive community focused on learning about cooking, gardening and nutrition; land stewardship through sustainable growing practices and honoring cultural heritage; and joyous gatherings that celebrate nature and our mountain home. Together, we see even more opportunities to impact our community and we have greater potential to take action, expanding our existing programs and creating new ones in our schools, gardens, and community.
