Promote health and wellness through promotion of events, teams, racing, and activities centering on the bicycle as an avenue for health and pursuit of personal goals. Activities include but are not limited to getting youth to regular week night rides, helping them pursue higher goals through competition, and promotion of events and races that allow all levels of riders to enjoy cycling as a healthy activity, as well as a competitive sport.
