The specific purposes for which the corporation is formed is to support the religious and spiritual mission of the Company of St. Ursula as a secular institute within the Roman Catholic Church dedicated to sharing God's Love for the wortld through its members living a consecrated, celibate life in the spirit of St. Angela merici to make Christ better known and to infuse the spirit of the Gospel into all of the surroundings of its members.
