Senior residents are program participants who apply to stay longer than their two-year graduation date, giving back to the campus community as mentors and leaders while continuing to work on their specific life goals. 🎓 Congratulations, graduates! This past Sunday, TROSA staff, residents, and invited guests celebrated our newest graduates! TROSA graduates are individuals who have completed two years of TROSA’s treatment program. To celebrate their achievements, we hold formal graduation ceremonies throughout the year. Graduates who attend our ceremonies invite guests and have an opportunity to share their thoughts, advice, hopes, goals, remembrances, and thanks. Many graduates referenced the community of support they have built, the confidence gained, the lifelong connections made, and the life skills learned to continue their recovery. It was also acknowledged that this is only the beginning...that a whole new life awaits...and we will continue to cheer them on! Congratulations, grads! 💜 (fb)
