To inspire, nurture and develop talented baseball players by providing an environment that willencourage competition, integrity, character and sportsmanship. What do we do?o We develop talented players to form one team, who will then travel to compete with thehighest level of competition. For whom do we do it?o Easton Elite was created for youth baseball players whom are interested in furthering theirskills and competing against top tier opponents. Why do we serve our players in the way that we do?o We believe baseball players should have the opportunity to play a variety of positions aswell as gain experience at the plate. How do we serve our players in the way that we do?o We provide ample time for practice, which include fundamental drills, game situations,conditioning, and character development. We also PLAY; nothing helps better developthe skills of young players than real time action. Why are we involved in travel baseball?o Our staff believes travel baseball provides the highest level of competition and with ourexperience and knowledge we can be a service to our community and the developmentof our players. Why did we start this team?o This team was created because of the limited 9U teams within our community whocould provide an environment comparable to Easton Elite. What image of our team do we want to convey?o Easton Elite players and coaches will be held to the highest code of conduct.Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. We will be known for our integrity. We expect players and coaches to give 100% during practice and games.
