As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic SIMHC is required to offer you registration information sliding scale fee information and afterhours coverage information in a language that you understand. Prior to starting services at SIMHC you will be asked to sign an informed Consent to Treat which includes SIMHC offers a sliding fee scale to assist with the cost of your visit.
