Our mission is to increase the collective impact of community organizations working to end gun violence, save lives and build a stronger Chicago. Strides for Peace Be apart OF building peace Our vision is aChicago where all can thrive and live free of the fear of gun violence. The Race Against Gun Violence RAGV celebrates the lifechanging work of community organizations and provides a dynamic platform for people across Chicago who care about ending gun violence to connect and get involved. The race platform provides us with a timely opportunity through which each of our partner organizations can come together to raise thousands of unrestricted dollars to support their summer programming. By providing this highly visible platform at no cost to our partners we hope to leverage the growth of these organizations in terms of their visibility capacity networks and impact.
