AFTRCC A REALTIME LIFELINE FOR AIRCRAFT SAFETY ABOUT AFTRCC The Aerospace and Flight Test Radio Coordinating Council Inc. AFTRCC founded in 1954 in a not for profit 501c6 organization of Radio Frequency Management Representatives from major aerospace companies. AFTRCC is the only organization dedicated to protecting radio frequencies for aerospace test and evaluation. AFTRCC activities range from the coordination of radio frequencies to advocacy efforts before the FCC NTIA and other agencies in Washington on behalf of member company radio spectrum interests.
