A rebranded, restyled music festival celebrating culturally-rich live music and interactive villages Tinner Hill Heritage Foundation: Preserving and Presenting the African American Legacy and Promoting Racial Reconciliation in Northern Virginia. • Preserve the rich cultural heritage of pioneering African Americans who fought racial segregation and established the nation’s first rural branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). • Increase awareness of the achievements of African Americans in Northern Virginia with murals, exhibits, workshops and seminars. • Celebrate the African American heritage with an annual music festival.
