In honor of National Nurses Week, would like to highlight PACH’s Director of Nursing, Jessica Miranda Frias 💚🌟 Jessica began volunteering at PACH in 2020 as a pharmacy aide while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Studies at Arizona State University. During her time at PACH, she discovered a passion for patient interaction and a strong desire to help wherever she was needed, which inspired her to pursue a career in nursing. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Arizona and has since been working as a bedside nurse, serving the Phoenix community. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to better serve a diverse patient population. Jessica is also a proud member of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses – Phoenix Chapter, where she remains actively engaged in advancing culturally competent care and staying up to date with best practices in patient care.
