South Carolina Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants Who we are The South Carolina Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants SCAAA is a nonprofit association organized to advance the profession of Anesthesiologist Assistants in South Carolina. The SCAAA was created to increase awareness and education about Anesthesiologist Assistants and to promote the statewide growth of our profession by fostering collaboration between practicing Anesthesiologist Assistants across South Carolina.
