SCHOLARSHIPS FOR DEPENDENT CHILDREN AND SPOUSES OF NAVY AVIATION OUR MISSION IS TO HONOR THE SERVICE OF NAVY AVIATION FAMILIES THROUGH EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES POST-SECONDARY SCHOLARSHIPS TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN AND SPOUSES OF US NAVY AVIATION PERSONNEL - ENLISTED AND OFFICER - ACTIVE DUTY, RETIRED OR DECEASED. RECIPIENTS ARE SELECTED ON THE BASIS OF SCHOLASTIC MERIT, COMMUNITY SERVICE AND CHARACTER.
