To provide emergency assistance to poor, homeless, disabled, and at-risk individuals and families in Augusta and surrounding area. Emergency assistance consists of food, clothing, hygiene items, payment of utility bills, medical, dental, and prescription co-pays, birth certificate procurement, transportation, and special shoes/boots/clothing in support of employment.
