Since coming to the University of Utah 3 years ago I have embraced studying the world through an interdisciplinary lens and thoroughly enjoy the challenges that my 3 subjects of study provide me. Meet April, one of our 2021 Scholarship Recipients. Here's a little about April: "I am an environmental science and sustainability studies major and a modern dance minor. Outside of school, I love to dance. I dance at Millennium Dance Complex, here in Salt Lake City, and I am considering auditioning for a few dance teams and crews in the next year. As of right now, I am considering a few different career paths. One of these is a more research-based career in biology, which I would pursue a double major in. Another is in environmental policy and law, which I would double major in political science to pursue. I'm also very interested in science communication and maybe even urban planning. " (fb)
