Youth Development League May thru September Exciting Classes Races and Events starting this spring. Sponsors Welcome to the Cleveland Velodrome Nestled in Clevelands Slavic Village just minutes from downtown the Cleveland Velodrome opened in August 2012 and has featured youth programs adult riding and weekly racing from May thru October ever since. The Cleveland Velodrome provides recreational riding opportunities for youth and adult populations. Our classes are free for youth and our Track 101 learn to ride class is free for adults.
