Effect.org is an nonprofit believing that education affects everything. Through schools, expeditions, and film, we're working to inspire education in the developing world. We operate schools in India, providing education to underprivileged children, changing lives and increasing future employment opportunities. Our expeditions give tech employees an immersive education into social issues of the developing world. They then take part in hackathons to create long-term change. Lastly, we produce documentaries on issues such as the Nepal earthquake and India's human trafficking trade to educate viewers, create awareness and spur activism.
