The center provides medical care, transportation, and activities for the aging and or disabled population of the tri-county area of Dorchester, Talbot, and Caroline Counties.

Pleasant Day provides a wide range of stimulating social activities designed to appeal to everyone. Group activities crafts and trips are a few of the things scheduled every week.
