YTZ Fitness and mentoring program Implementation action plan We provide a complete sports conditioning program that is challenging, and rewarding, empowering and creative for each individual boy are girl thats looking to build a lifelong foundation, in Education and sports. We are here to train their mind first, then their body. We will have each child learning each and every day they train. The adults program can be combined on the same contract with the child fitness goal.
