CASA of Lea County | CASA of Lea County We are proud to announce our 13th Annual Boots and Bling Gala Casino Night. This is our biggest fundraiser each year. Money raised covers funding gaps in our Court Appointed Special Advocate Program Family Time Visitation Program and Canine Companion Program as well as provides general operating funding which is crucial to maintain administrative functions for our organization.
