All Leaders Must Serve is a mentor organization that empowers young adults ages 15-25 ALL LEADERS MUST SERVE (ALMS) IS A MENTOR ORGANIZATION THAT EMPOWERS YOUNG ADULTS AGES 15-25 THROUGH JOB READINESS (WORK ETHIC, CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS) TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT ADULTS WHO GIVE BACK TO THEIR COMMUNITY.
