It’s with a heavy heart that we share the sad news: Naomi has crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈🐾💜 She was hit by a car, and the impact shattered her spine so badly that surgery wasn’t even an option. As a consequence she had not control over her sphincters or part of her body. Just the thought that she spent the night in a cold ditch, suffering so much pain alone is unbearable. Naomi was already in a fragile state. She had a venereal tumor, few infected wounds from before the accident, and was extremely weak. Her body showed signs of having nursed multiple litters—and it breaks our hearts to wonder where her babies are now. To everyone who donated and tried to give her a chance: thank you. Because of you, she didn’t die alone in that ditch. She was held, she was loved, and she mattered. Rest in peace, sweet girl. 💔 (fb)
