📣 Youth Institute Spotlight: John Ericson – Class of 2025 Say hello to John, a West Geauga Schools student and a member of the Leadership Geauga Youth Institute Class of 2025! John works as a server assistant at The Country Club, gaining hands-on experience in the service industry while balancing school, athletics, and leadership development. He applied to the Youth Institute to learn more about how businesses operate and to sharpen his leadership skills. Through the program, John hopes to develop strong independent thinking strategies and take the first steps toward a successful career—and ultimately, his goal of attending West Point Army Academy. When he’s not working or learning, John stays active by working out, wrestling, and spending time with friends. He’s especially grateful for the support he’s found at his school from both teachers and classmates. We’re excited to watch John continue to grow and lead with focus and ambition! 💪🌟 (fb)
