We are thrilled to announce a 2025 Anti-Poverty Advocates Summit Keynote Speaker: Emmie DiCicco of the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. DiCicco will open our 2025 Summit by illuminating the ways in which national politics are shifting, as well as the impact of those shifts on Missouri communities. Policies and programs that were once considered non-partisan and non-political have recently been targeted with deep budget cuts and harmful program changes.
