NeDA provides individual counseling and workshops to help people buy their first home, pay off debt, and make a financial plan for their future. NEDA IS A NONPROFIT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO STRENGTHEN THE VITALITY OF LOW-INCOME NEIGHBORHOODS WITHIN THE CITY OF ST. PAUL, BY CREATING AND PRESERVING HOUSING AND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES FOR RESIDENTS OF ALL INCOME LEVELS. NEDA HAS EXPANDED THAT MISSION TO SERVE THE 7-COUNTY METRO AREA - WITH A FOCUS IN MINNEAPOLIS AND ST. PAUL - IN REGARDS TO ITS HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELING AND FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAMS.
