OLIVIA'S HEART PROJECT
Our vision is to increase awareness about Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) in children and young adults through community heart screenings, education and increased accessibility to life saving Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). Success begins with bystanders.We work to educate school districts and communities about Public Access Defibrillator (PAD) programs. We provide site assessments, guides, training and program management for locations with existing programs, and we help facilitate and implement programs for schools that currently don't have AEDs. We are currently working with schools in Kern County.
