One of our favorite events every year is joining the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office to have an open discussion about law enforcement and their role in society. This creates a safe space for our participants to ask questions and to get to know the officers that help to protect our community.

Month 5: Bridging the Gap Defense Attorney Nicole Moorman stopped by and taught our participants all about the Rule of Law and how to better understand your rights. Knowing your rights when interacting with law enforcement is critical in better understanding the system and how to protect yourself, as well as those around you.
