Getting Things Done With Women, By Women, For Women. Our faith based Transitional Living Program provides sober living housing to women with substance abuse issues, homelessness, mental illness or formerly incarcerated and are working to rebuild their lives. Our targeted population are ages 18 & older. Sisters in Christ’s mission is to assist in the transformation of people by creating and weaving together a cohesive set of resources that promote their physical, emotional, financial, and spiritual wholeness. SIC serves as a resource conduit, personal advocate, and supporter for those we serve.

SISTERS IN CHRIST Home Health Healing for Women in Kansas City Sisters in Christ provides housing mental health services leadership training and youth programs to help formerly incarcerated and unhoused women and their families build stable purposeful lives. Who We Are Our Mission Every day Sisters In Christ works to bridge gaps in the community support systemespecially for the formerly incarcerated and unhousedby providing essential resources for mental health substance abuse recovery affordable housing employment and family stability in Kansas City. Our Services Sisters In Christ provides 12 to 18 months of transitional housing support to formerly incarcerated women women with substance use disorder and homeless women. Our three recovery homes provide safe stable and sober housing for up to 23 women.
