Nutritional and other health wellness related topics are also shared in group meetings. YE2018 Update Continued in 2018 to provide Taiji Qigong classes at the Walnut Senior Center as well as group meetings for senior citizens in the community to share and demonstrate health and wellness tips. Also provided information at the Walnut Senior Expo in November.
