Save Our Herders Outreach Inc
SOHO's mission is to provide refuge and find forever homes for homeless herding-breed type dogs and mix herding- breed type dogs (Australian Shepherds, Border Collies, Corgis, Collies, Australian Cattle Dogs, etc.). We work with animal shelters, humane organizations, and individuals who cannot keep their dogs throughout the Mid-Atlantic and South-eastern United States. We provide all necessary health care to bring dogs current on vaccinations and provide medical care to address any issues the dog has upon entry into our program, and we give shelter to the dogs we rescue. Our volunteers work with prospective homes to ensure the best placement for each dog.
