THE MSEA WAS ESTABLISHED TO ENGAGE IN COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE, ADVANCE AND PROTECT THE RIGHTS, AND PROMOTE THE SECURITY OF THE MEMBERSHIP.
