WELCOME The Maryland Asphalt Association MAA is a 501c6 trade association dedicated to the leadership development and advancement of quality asphalt pavement construction today and tomorrow. The MAA is committed to ensuring that asphalt pavement is the most costeffective highquality and environmentally friendly paving available to the motoring public and other present and potential customers. The Association proactively works with regulatory agencies to represent the interests of the asphalt industry in the writing and interpretation of state and federal regulations that affect how our members do business.
