The Kentucky Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation does not use phone solicitation for donations! Our foundation will continue to review, update and our marketing initiatives with emphasis on increasing the sales and support of Fallen Officer plates in targeted geographic areas with PSAs, televisions announcements, billboards and social media.   We hope to increase the understanding of the KLEMF mission and financial support to law enforcement through continuous contact with media, civic organizations, law enforcement agencies and associations in Kentucky.   The foundation will continue to analyze sales data to determine more effective programs and efforts to boast license plate sales, event attendance and donations.   In 2018 KLEMF will began promoting the sale of out Fallen Officer commemorative plates for motorcycles. We are currently working with a state representative to have needed legislation prepared for 2018 legislative session.   The foundation is attempting to develop new philanthropic and private sector interest to increase financial support for KLEMF with emphasis and regular contributions and major gift programs.   KLEMF will participate in more public and private events in areas of the state where license plates and foundation support have been at a low level.   KLEMF will continue to partner with other charities, fraternal groups and law enforcement organizations in conducting joint events that enhance the foundation’s exposure to potential supporters.
