TRAINING & OUTREACH: WE CONTINUE OUR FOCUS ON TRAINING BELIEVERS IN SMALL GROUPS OR THROUGH INVITATIONS FROM CHURCHES TO SHARE THE GOOD NEWS, FACILITATE BIBLE DIALOGUES, PRAYER WALK THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS, AND LEAD DISCIPLE-MAKING COMMUNITIES. OUTREACH IS DIRECTED TO COLLEGES, LOCAL BARRIOS AND OUR OWN CITIES. WE PLAN TO EXPAND OUR OUTREACH THROUGH EXPANSION OF OUR PRAYER WALKING MINISTRY.2. APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM: NOW HAVE TWO KINDS OF APPRENTICES. THROUGH OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH EVANGELICAL FRIENDS MISSION WE HAVE BEGUN TRAINING THEIR CANDIDATES FOR CROSS-CULTURAL MINISTRY (WE HAD 3 THIS YEAR). WE CONTINUE TO TRAIN LOCAL BELIEVERS WHO WISH TO APPRENTICE WITH US THROUGH OUR VOLUNTEER APPRENTICESHIPS.3. THE LAB (FOR EMERGING LEADERS): HAD ONE LAB GROUP IN THE 2023-24 SEASON. THIS COHORT WAS COMPOSED OF THE EFM APPRENTICES AS A PART OF THEIR OVERALL TRAINING WITH US. WE HAVE BEGUN CONVERSATIONS WITH APPLICANTS FOR THE NEW COHORT BEGINNING JAN.

🌊 "Last week during our Beach Ministry, before we even wrote a question on our whiteboard, a young man approached us out of curiosity. As we spoke, we learned he was a Jewish visitor from Israel. Though he came from a secular background and hadn’t read much of the Torah, he said he genuinely wanted to believe in God—because he could see how faith helps people.
