The Place 4 Grace Fighting for families impacted by incarceration Family2Child Our Family2Child Literacy program is a readingbased program which records incarcerated men and women reading a story to children they left behind. Camp Grace Camp Grace is a 5day music and artbased program founded on restorative justice principles with the purpose of providing a healing space for fathers and children. PARENT AND C HILD CONNECTION The PACC program hosts five special events each year during which toys are sent to the children along with the books and recordings. Home2Stay The aim of the program is to assist the participants in successfully reentering their communities and their families.

This year marked the first time that the majority of our P4G team participated in Quest4 Democracy. 📣✨ It was an entirely new experience for us. Our group was divided into two teams and we had the pleasure of being guided by Dawn and her daughter, along with Porsche from the organization Prison From the Inside Out.

Today we have a special post for a very special person, Richard Giles. We had the opportunity of meeting and working with Richard throughout our time together in this year’s Quest 4 Democracy in Sacramento. Richard has been formerly incarcerated due to a non-violent 3 strikes case where he was sentenced 35 years to life in 1995.
