💛 Next week, our team will participate in ASU’s 7th Annual Ann Adalist-Estrin Memorial National Children of Incarcerated Parents Conference! ❤️ Every spring, the ASU Center for Child Well-Being organizes this conference to bring attention to the nearly 3 million children who have an incarcerated parent and the 10 million who have experienced parental incarceration during their childhood. The conference fosters listening, dialogue, and collaboration, featuring speakers from various backgrounds, including those with personal experiences and professionals who work closely with affected families. Each year, outstanding contributions to agencies or organizations that support these families are recognized.
