The OCN supports Oregon CASA ("Court Appointed Special Advocates") programs that recruit, train, supervise and support volunteers who advocate in court and throughout communities for the best interest of children experiencing foster care. To lead Oregon's CASA programs to provide a strong voice for every abused and neglected child statewide.
