Menu HOME Northern Haiti Sustainability Initiative Incorporated NHSI was founded to provide for the longterm sustainability of schools in Northern Haiti. An unfortunate reality is that many schools in Haiti are constructed with no plan for sustaining daily operations. NHSI provides training and funds to properly budget and finance teacher wages books school supplies an on campus water source and daily student meals. Teacher development is provided to raise the quality of education including each schools ability to perform successfully on government tests.
