Join us for the traditional ski trail cleanup day at the Hogback Mountain Conservation Area the Friday after Thanksgiving. That’s Nov 24 this year. We’ll meet at 1:00 in the parking lot between the distillery and the gift shop on Route 9 in Marlboro, at the 100-mile view, and split into teams to tackle various projects.

Hogback Habitat Hike – Saturday, March 11, 10:00 am The Early Successional Habitat (ESH) project on Hogback started in 2013. The goal was to develop a greater variety of wildlife habitats by clearing some of the grown-over ski slopes to encourage new, dense, woody growth, known as ESH, which is critical to certain types of wildlife. The work was done over six years entirely by volunteers.
