Nigerian Community in Milwaukee NCIM is a Non Profit Community based organization which has been in existence for over 23 years. NCIM began as an informal Association in the mid 1980s as a forum for Nigerian students and Educators in the various institutions of Higher learning in the Milwaukee Area to meet and interact with each other and the larger community.
