Gallery Click for Pictures The Simpson County Archives and Museum is located in the old jail and jailers residence and is the repository of old circuit court and county court documents tax records marriage records wills and deeds. With the addition of the Simpson County History Center across the streetextensive family history files and genealogical collections for Simpson Allen Logan and Warren Counties in Kentucky and Robertson and Sumner Counties in Tennessee are also maintained in these facilities. Many old scrapbookscollections family Bibles assorted manuscriptscensus records funeral home records local paper on microfilm maps picture files obituary fileslocal history files and memorabilia as well as a spacious museum and an extensive genealogical library are available. Tours are conducted by the staff of the Simpson County Historical Society who maintain these facilities.
