We are a non-profit, support service brokerage that provides adults with developmental disabilities THE ORGANIZATION IS A SUPPORT SERVICES BROKERAGE SERVING PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN THE PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA. COMMUNITY PATHWAYS ASSISTS PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO LIVE EMPOWERED, SELF-DETERMINED LIVES THROUGH COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY ASSISTING ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS IN PLANNING THEIR SUPPORT, TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
