The organization is a member of several national and local housing associations, including the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) and is recognized as a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).

  • 1996 North Dakota Innovative Project Award for the development of Sunset Village in Lisbon, North Dakota.
  • 2000 HUD Best Practice Award for the development of the Dakotah Pioneer Center in Fargo, North Dakota.
  • 2002 Federal Home Loan Bank Award for Excellence for the development and management of Dakotah Pioneer Center.
  • 2002 Champion of Affordable Housing Leadership Award presented by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency.
Impact

RVCDC has successfully developed over 170 units of affordable housing across multiple communities in North Dakota, including Lisbon, Gwinner, Milnor, Wahpeton, Hankinson, Fairmount, Fargo, West Fargo, Casselton, Hatton, and Northwood.
