At American Farmland Trust, our work is about the land itself, but also about the practices utilized on that land, while serving the farmers and ranchers who steward that land. Here's an example: We must retain our working lands and manage them using the right practices. But we can’t retain our working lands and manage them wisely without a next generation of farmers and ranchers who are able to access land, innovate with new regenerative practices, and build sustainable businesses.
