Empowering Local Government, Enriching Counties, Fostering Collaboration. TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE GENERAL ECONOMICAL ADMINISTRATION OF COUNTY GOVERNMENT AS AN INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION AND/OR BY AFFILIATION WITH OTHER OFFICIAL STATE OR NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS HAVING A SIMILAR OBJECTIVE.
