Sauk County Institute of Leadership Leadership Program to inspire and engage creative leaders working to build a stronger more vibrant Sauk County community Sauk County Institute of Leadership SCIL brings together potential leaders from various segments of the community in a program that empowers engages and equips participants to make a positive difference in Sauk County. Our goal is to develop dynamic leadership skills that transfer to county work business growth and community development. The ninemonth program kicks off with an overnight retreat in September followed by eight daylong workshops that are held throughout the county on the second Thursday of each month from October to May. Each daylong workshop has a different community and leadership topic including on diversity authentic leadership health care law enforcement and much more.
